   Major props to Arlene for catching this beauty FROM THE CAR! The girl was walking between parked cars, traffic was steadily going in the opposite direction blocking our view, and Arlene was in a moving car as well. That’s some mad photography skillz! As for the fashion, so refreshing to see some decent shoes in Chicago. SOOO many bad ones here.
