We understand color can sometimes be a challenge, but just a hint of it can really add a lot of fun to your look and mood! Especially now when fall is in full force and we’re back into black.  Our color in our wardrobe this season is RED.  It’s power packed!  What other color exudes so much confidence and playfulness at the same time?  Don’t believe us?  Then take your cue from Alexander McQueen’s McQ prefall line…

I say, go for the red shoe!  Here’s our pick…these always put a smile on our face and a pep in our step!

Amongst the street fests, bbq’s and baseball games there’s also PREFALL09!   The wishlist is in:

#1  OMG…ABSOLUTELY!!  ACNE leather vest

#2  love the urban basics from Sophomore

#3 Irresistible gold cuffs by Wendy Nicol…seems like the model above is sporting a silver version

#4  But really tied for 1st…shoes, of course!  I’m zeroing in on the over-the-knee boot this season…flat, wedge, open toe, suede, leather, it’s all goood!

…and we’re already yearning for Fall.  After perusing Alexander McQueen’s Pre-Fall collection, we want to skip the Spring season altogether and jump straight to Fall.  The fur collars, the jodphurs, the gowns… it’s so beautiful it makes me want to cry.

That last one? My Oscar gown, for sure. If I were the sort of person who went to the Oscars, that is.

Laser cut dresses and t-shirts first conceived in 2005, resurfaces again here for Pre-Fall09…this time around paired back to leggings and skinny jeans.  I love a dress that’s equal parts modest and brazen, but what I really cannot wait to get my hands on are the asymetrical pieces of outerwear!  05 or 09, leggings or one-leg trousers, this master of clothing and accessories always makes me feel clever, sensuous and strong.
